Julianne (Julie) Fair Pero

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Julianne (Julie) Fair Pero of Philadelphia, PA,  Julie, as she was fondly known, sadly left us on March 9, 2024. Her loss was completely unexpected, and our family is profoundly saddened. Julie was born on September 7, 1965 to Jean P. Wing and William Earl Fair and was one of six children. She was a hard and dedicated worker who worked in the retail business for well over thirty years. Julie's hobby was mainly fishing. She had an immense passion for music, cooking and the beach. Julie enjoyed spending her Friday nights with her friends with a White Claw in her hand. She had a perpetual smile that would light up any room. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor. Although Julie had a stubbornness about her and was tough like her mother, she hid her softness to the world. She is survived by her loving partner of 28 years, Ralph DeLuca, her son, James Pero, her sisters Cindy (Fair) Patane, Nancy Fair-Weiszer and Kimberly Wing, her nieces, Krystal, Dana, Laura, Amanda, Emily and Alicyn and her nephews, Henry and Brandon. She is predeceased by her mother, Jean P. Wing, her father William Earl Fair and her brothers, David Fair and Billy Fair. Her departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound. As per Julie's request, arrangements will be private.
